Growing up, Alessandra was an active and outgoing individual who participated in various extracurricular activities during her school days. She developed a passion for modeling and performing at a young age.

Alessandra pursued her elementary education at St. Scholastica's Academy in Pampanga and later attended the University of the Philippines Diliman, where she took up a degree in Psychology. During her college years, she was an active member of the UP Dance Company and participated in various school events and competitions. On October 14, 2020, Alessandra was officially crowned
