Qelbi Kovrek Sevil Ansambl - Ay

The group’s name was inspired by Jafar Jabbarly’s play Sevil , symbolizing the liberation and modernity of the Azerbaijani woman. Their repertoire famously synthesized traditional Azerbaijani mugham with American jazz, soul, and psychedelic rock.
