To create a delicious, homemade cheese pizza from scratch. Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade) 1/2 cup of tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil Dried oregano or fresh basil (optional) Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.) Tools: A baking tray or pizza stone A rolling pin Steps:
Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Flour your work surface and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a circle or rectangle.
Turn your oven on to 220°C (425°F). It needs to be very hot to get a crispy crust.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle some dried oregano for extra flavor.
Take the pizza out, let it cool for a minute, slice it up, and enjoy!
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
Carefully place the flattened dough onto your baking tray.
