Download the "High Poly Head v1.4 (SE)" from VectorPlexus. Install: Use your mod manager to install the ZIP file. Enable: Ensure the .esm plugin is active. In-Game Setup: Open RaceMenu ( showrac R_menu in console). Go to the Head tab. Navigate to Face Part and select the High Poly Head option.
