One Piece Episode 598 (2026)
This episode continues the Straw Hat Pirates' exploration of the mysterious island, Punk Hazard. Following the chaotic encounter with the giant dragon, the crew encounters a bizarre sight: a pair of living, talking legs belonging to a samurai. Luffy, fascinated by the phenomenon, decides to "attach" the legs to his own back, much to the chagrin of his crewmates.
In the frozen half of the island, Brook discovers a severed head that can speak. This head is revealed to be the samurai Kin'emon, who has been split into pieces by a mysterious power (later revealed to be Trafalgar Law’s Ope Ope no Mi ). One Piece Episode 598

The animation maintains the standard quality of the Punk Hazard arc, effectively capturing the eerie atmosphere of the abandoned research facility. The voice acting for Kin'emon (Horiuchi Kenyu) immediately establishes his proud, traditionalist personality, even in a humiliating state.
Meanwhile, Brook encounters the "torso-less" head of the samurai in the snowy region of the island, leading to a series of comedic and action-oriented misunderstandings. The episode establishes the central mystery of the island—the illegal experiments being conducted by Caesar Clown—and introduces the core motivation for the Straw Hats' involvement: rescuing the kidnapped children and reassembling the samurai, Kin'emon.
Though only appearing in pieces, this episode marks the debut of Kin'emon of the Wano Country, a character who becomes a pivotal ally for hundreds of episodes to follow.
